What are the delivery times?

Domestic US Orders

You will receive an "Order Confirmation" email from us once you have placed your order (and it has been completed by our Fulfillment Team). This email will include your order number, delivery address, billing information, and an itemized list of all goods bought.

You will get a "Shipping Confirmation" email from us after your product has shipped from our fulfillment center. This email will contain your tracking information as well as instructions on how to track your product.

Orders containing 1-5 bottles are shipped USPS First Class, which is typically a 5-7 day delivery time; 

Orders with more than 6 bottles are shipped USPS Priority, which is typically a 3-4 day delivery time.

All packages are issued a tracking number and can be tracked via Track My Order.

International Orders

You're in charge of making sure the goods can be legally imported into the target country. When buying from Nutra Moment, the receiver is the importer of record and is responsible for adhering to all destination country rules and regulations. Orders delivered outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs charges, and fees imposed by the destination country. Import taxes, customs tariffs, and other fees may be imposed on the recipient of an overseas cargo after it arrives in your country.

Delivery time ranges from 10 to 30 business days depending on the destination country/region.

All packages are issued a tracking number and can be tracked via Track My Order.

Address Errors

We are unable to amend your delivery address after your purchase has been placed. Wherever feasible, we work directly with our shippers to fix address concerns, but we cannot be held liable for any delays, surcharges, or other delivery issues if your address was entered erroneously at checkout. We cannot give a refund or replacement if a mistake causes an order to be rejected, lost, or destroyed. You may be charged for return shipping expenses if the order is returned back to us due to an error, and we will only be able to reimburse the cost of the goods. If the cost of return delivery exceeds the worth of the goods, the carrier will be notified to abandon the shipment and no refund will be issued.
