Absolutely! Although this is not the 'moment' we want, we understand that packages might be misplaced or damaged during shipping. If the product is damaged in shipping, simply take a photo of the damaged product and send the photo to support@nutramoment.com within 5 days from the date of delivery. We will then process your claim. Once the claim is approved, a refund will be issued, and you can still keep the product!
